Great cozy place right by the city!

Had a lot of fun and was able to go to the Astros game with ease! A lot of fun places to go out nearby, very convenient. I highly recommend this spot!

This house was perfect! It's beautifully decorated, very spacious and super comfortable. The host was great when we asked for an accommodation. I would highly recommend this property!

Cool house, great location

The house is large, and bedrooms are spread out nicely. Nice clean furniture and modern decor. Lanai is very nice and big. Good area, walk to GBR or stadiums. Awesome food options all around.

Work Trip

I booked this property for 4 of my work colleagues who were attending a conference in Houston. It was a great choice - plenty of space, clean, just as described. It was also located very close to the conference location so they were able to walk to and from. 5 Stars, highly recommend.

The decor is absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless. I do recommend bringing extra towels/face cloths unless you plan to do laundry a couple of time per day. I have no complaints and would book again if in the area.

This was the perfect location for our visit to Houston! We were attending a baseball game at Daiken park. The home is lovely. Well decorated and maintained. The beds are comfortable and AC works great. The house is 3 levels so be prepared for stairs. The outdoor patio is wonderful! We watched college football on the outdoor tv and enjoyed the weather. The Houston skyline is very pretty from patio. We would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful place

A wonderful place to stay. Nice and clean. It's 3 levels so going up and down the stairs was a little tough for some but they were ok. The location was great for us because it was really close the University of Houston where our daughter attending. The commutation with the host was great.

Perfect quick stay

Property exactly as described. Clean, new. Quick flip but not cheaply done. Lots of owner rules that are not in, or differ from listing info, but owner was not unreasonable. I would book this listing again.

Beautiful property

I had a wonderful stay at this property! I booked this property because I was hosting an event at a venue downtown and needed to be close for setup and meeting vendors. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the freeways allowing for to get from one place to another in minutes. The aesthetics of the place were simply stunning, with beautifully designed interiors that made me feel right at home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay! I can’t wait to return and stay for fun one not business as this property is close to many local attractions and is located in heart of Houston’s nightlife scene.
