1. Pool table felt had a rip & missing chalk, pool sticks in terrible shape 2. Cabinet flip down under the sink fell off when it was touched 3. Microwave didn’t work. It wouldn’t heat all the way and it would finally stop working 4. Dryer worked some and stopped heating some5. Grass was incredibly tall6. Threshold on front door was loose and tripped on it several7. The bathtub faucets were loose and hard to adjust 8. The batteries in the fan remotes were dead and batteries had to be taken out before it would work 9. Floors were filthy. When you walked on them your socks were black 10. The tv’s had a major delay when turning on and some didn’t work 11. The dishwasher was loose and not attached to the cabinets. When it was loaded you had to hold it to keep it from falling.

I’m truly sorry your stay was filled with so many issues — a 4/10 is disappointing, and you had every right to be frustrated. The number of maintenance problems you listed (ripped pool table felt, broken cabinet, non-working microwave, inconsistent dryer, loose faucets and threshold, dead remote batteries, filthy floors, tall grass, delayed/non-working TVs, and loose dishwasher) is completely unacceptable. These are not the standards we want for our guests, and I’ve immediately forwarded everything to our maintenance and cleaning teams for urgent repairs and deep cleaning. Safety issues like the loose threshold and tripping hazards are especially concerning, and those will be fixed first. We will also address the cleanliness and all the broken items before the next guest arrives. We appreciate you spelling out every issue so clearly — it helps us correct them faster. We’d like the opportunity to make this right for you. If you’re open to it, please reach out directly and we’ll offer a significant discount on a future stay once everything has been brought back to the proper standard. The floor needs your attention. I fell. Coffee filters there are different kinds of filter didn't have the right kind. A little cleanier falseeyelashes on bed.

Never heard from host it was a company. The floors were a trip hazard falling apart everywhere rugs thrown over to cover them up. My dad tripped/fell out first night. Definately isn’t up to code and shouldn’t be rented out. The bedding was a joke for a winter stay. The place had plenty of space for a big group but if you have garbage tough luck pay 55 or drive 40 mins to discard. Would not suggest this place for anyone hosting a big group. The video game randomly stopped working, the microwave shut off took hours then its working again. No functioning can opened which was great relaxing prepping green bean casserole for Thanksgiving dinner. 20 trip to the store. Definately a lot of things need work here oh and couldn’t use the hot tub because it was filthy.
