Great Place

Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!

This estate is managed by two locals, Adriana and Samantha. They together have started Stay Upstate, LLC which is a small boutique hosting company whose main focus is to ensure every guest has a 5 star experience during their stay and make memories that will last them a lifetime.

Why they chose this property

Bedrooms on the first floor are on the left and right sides of the home, with an open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room between them. On one side is the master king suite with en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, large tv, exercise room, a door out to the lawn, and French doors that lead to the covered patio - it is almost like an apartment in and of itself. Also in the exercise room is a desk and desk chair. The desk in on wheels, so please feel free to move it anywhere on the first floor where it would suit you best. Across the hall is a queen between with a full ensuite bathroom, and a tv . On the other side of the home is the laundry room, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a full.

The kitchen boasts a large refrigerator and freezer, an ice maker, a wine fridge, and a gas stove. The dining room set is regal - you can dine like royalty and look out the large window beside the table onto the valley. The living room has a comfy couch, a fire place, tv, and doors leading to the covered patio.

Upstairs is another king bedroom, another full bathroom, and an additional bedroom with 3 beds: two twins and a full.

This house has plenty of room to spread out and could be easily shared between two families or a group. Our favorite things about this home is that it has gorgeous view from every window (of which there are many!), and that it is DOG FRIENDLY so you can bring the whole family if you like.

This home is so close to Cooperstown Village and all amenities, attractions and restaurants. Look no further for the ideal home for your group!
