Seashell Serenity is a stunning beach house located on a stretch of powdery sand and clear waters in the charming town of Port St. Joe, Florida. The house is a sanctuary of peace and serenity, designed to provide the ultimate beachfront experience for its guests. The exterior of the house is beautifully painted in grey with white accents, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings of the coast. There is a shower on the exterior side of the home to rinse off with after arriving from the beach. The golf cart fits comfortably in the garage or driveway with plenty of space for additional vehicles. The golf cart is battery operated and may be charged nightly or when it is not in use. The space includes a private attached in-law suite with a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, and two laundry rooms one in the in law suite and the other in the main home. A total of 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a screened in patio on the rear exterior of the home with views to a beautiful pond where you can watch the sunset. Also located on the patio is a large Weber grill. In the main living room there are plenty of games accessible for evenings or a rainy day in. Included is, a six seater golf cart, two paddle boards, beach bicycles, free wifi, five TV's, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.

Spring Break 2024

Seashell Serenity is a lovely, new home in Windmark. The property manager was easy to contact during our stay and sent someone to fix a problem right away (the front door knob fell off - its a new home, so there are some new home problems). Windmark is a lovely community. The pool, beach, trails, and neighborhood were some of the most beautiful areas we have seen in Florida. The golf cart and bikes make it easy to show yourself around. Downtown Port St. Joe is a short drive for shopping and dining options. We had a great vacation.
