Chic, clean & gorgeous 1-bedroom in historic building in one of the best neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Rittenhouse square. Everything within walking distance from my apartment. The 2nd Floor unit (no elevator, 1 flight of steps) is bright, well-decorated, gorgeous windows overlook Spruce street and all amenities you need. Stainless steel appliances & open kitchen with chef tools for cooking and baking. Original fireplace, ample closet space, extra large TV, high ceilings & original moldings.

Rittenhouse Square is the nicest neighborhood in the heart of center city Philadelphia. Everything is within walking distance. You are steps away from shops and restaurants on Walnut and Chestnut Street. Cultural venues such as the Kimmel Center, Academy of Music, Miller Theater, and Wilma Theater are a 5-minute walk. Other attractions close by are the Art Museum, Kelly Drive and Schuylkill Banks walk, City Hall, Reading Terminal, Avenue of the Arts, Midtown Village, Italian Market, Old City, Penn’s Landing, Antiques Row, Cira Green.
