Upstairs is an airy open floor plan kitchen/living space with bonus workspace, as well as powder room + spacious primary bedroom/bath. Feel the indoor/outdoor California dream become your reality as high ceilings invite you into the living room/kitchen space and open up to the private outdoor patio, where you can eat dinner al fresco at a table for 6 or lounge on the outdoor sectional with the cool ocean breeze. Downstairs offers 2 beds and 1 bath: one bedroom which is set up for children, complete with crib, changing table, and childrens toys/books. The other bedroom has a queen bed and desk for an additional workspace. Full laundry room available with washer and dryer. The garage offers space for (1) car to park and gym equipment (Peloton, bench & weights).
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home. Within walking distance there is Yoga6 and Orange Theory for those that like to exercise out of the house. And if you head directly west, you hit the amazing Strand walking path, which will take you north all the way up to Manhattan Beach through Hermosa, and you can explore Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Piers! Parking offered via (1) spot in attached garage. Additional parking on street. Owner provides (1) parking permit for guest.
