We require a $1000 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that is due a DAY before you CHECK IN.. NO REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT NO ACCESS TO THE HOME! Due to unforeseen issues and unpleasant guest the REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED! If the home is extremely dirty or trashed you will not receive your refundable deposit back! We want all guest to enjoy their experience and have a pleasant stay but rules have to be enforced for protection of the homeowner and home.
No smoking of any kind is allowed at this residence you will be charged a $1000 fine after checkout. No pets are allowed of any kind you will be charged a $1000 fine. No loud noise after 10pm or you will be charged with a fine. After the first warning you will be fined after a second warning you will be removed from the premises with no refund and a $1000 fine. NO PRODUCTION is allowed in the home without approval if ANY production is done in the home without consent from the host or co host you will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND and NO DEPOSIT. It is security cameras on the property if they are moved or turned off thats automatic termination of your deposit. Those cameras are in place for your safety and the property safety. We do not like charging fees or taking deposits so please abide by the rules that are in place. Thanks

Amazing stay

The location of this house was so convenient, just a few minutes away from the mall. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always available for any questions or requests we had. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The house was also well-equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The host was friendly and welcoming, and was always available to answer any questions. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. When I tell you this is a very beautiful house!!!!! Oh forgot to mention the theater room was nice !! Also a poole room …. there was huge TVs everywhere.

Beautiful Home

Visiting area for wedding. Publix and Walmart were nearby for items/ grocery. Home had plenty of room for all, including seating. Few problems noted...... home listing was for 12 people; however, the set of dishes available were only for 4. My family likes to cook, so that was a aggravating. (had to result to "summer china" for meals) (paper plates , cups & plastic silverware) Next, there were some areas near the tubs that were not sealed allowing insects into the home. I understand we were near trees, but this was also annoying, but easily rectified. (Not afraid to kill a few bugs) ;-)..... Almost forgot, smoke detector battery was low, so had to get used to the beeps. No..... removing battery did not stop it. Nothing anyone could predict, but it was a little irritating. Overall, the stay was very nice. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Amazing

Everything about our stay was amazing! The home was very spacious and more than enough room to accommodate our stay. The home is beautiful and beautifully decorated. Our host was also amazing. Very easy to contact if needed and provided everything we needed. If you’re a big group and looking for a spacious and clean stay….this is definitely your place to be!
