We are 35 minutes from the Tampabay airport and just 12 minutes away from Clearwater Beach.

Good location

Close to our friends who has a place at Shipwatch which is a 10 minute walk away. Property is also close to the beach. Lots of good restaurants near by. Property is clean and the kitchen is well supplied. Publix grocery store just up the street.

Great beach house

My family of 4 stayed here with my sister and her 2 kids and had the best experience. The house is located just 1 mile from the beach, some us drove to the beach but it was so close, some of us just walked. There is a Publix around the corner and lots of restaurants in the area so it was convenient to do and find whatever we needed. The place was clean and ready for guests. There was plenty of closet space to put our cloths and even bags so they did not clutter the rooms. They had beach chairs, pool noodles, an umbrella, and towels so we had everything we needed for a day at the beach. The AC was so cold that we had to turn it up a little, but that is not a bad thing in the Florida heat. The WiFi was strong so my niece could do some work and we watched Netflix without any issues. My family stayed in the master bedroom side and my sister and 2 kids took the other 2 rooms. We were able to separate in the house into our own family time as needed and had plenty of privacy. We did a lot of cooking during our stay and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the large dining table near the kitchen so we could all sit around and visit. The house is located on a quiet side street, but near a major road so it is easy to get to and close to a number of different things to do. I wish we had time to enjoy the side yard sitting area and bbq grill. That is definitely on the list for next time. We had a great time and already planning our next visit.
