The Loft bedroom with 2 Day beds (twin xl x2) and a single pull out double chair (that makes a single size bed) Loft area offers seating/ hang out spot by day and 3 additional beds at night. The loft can accommodate 2 adults( the pullout is best suited for 1 smaller person). Kitchen with top of the line appliances is well appointed and will not disappoint. A Chefs paradise! Indescribable deck offers a covered area and massive outdoor entertaining area. Grounds are well kept and clean with ample space to roam or simply enjoy the peace and serenity. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If furniture is moved please ensure all furniture back into its original place.
All trash should be removed and bagged trash should go into the outdoor trash can.
Outdoor Cushions are stored in the garage for the gazebo please return if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No garbage will be left in premise. Put it in the trash outside. Take trash out Wednesday night for Thursday pick up. Do not place trash in garage.
No smoking or vaping indoor or outdoor is allowed. Strictly enforced. No smoking on or in the property. Fees apply.
