"All Aboard!" – an exquisite 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium that boasts waterfront views. This retreat offers an array of enticing features, including a shared tiki hut, a sun-kissed heated pool within the complex, and a treasure trove of amenities that promise an unforgettable stay.

The master bedroom presents a king-sized haven, complete with an en-suite master bath featuring a private entrance to the balcony. A brand new TV further enhances this sanctuary. The second bedroom beckons with a queen-sized bed and its own TV.

Your culinary aspirations are easily met in the full kitchen, complemented by a welcoming breakfast bar. Adjacent to this, a dining room provides an inviting space for indulging in delectable meals. The living room, adorned with a flat-screen TV, invites relaxation and entertainment, while a full hall bath accommodates your convenience.

Indulge in the luxury of provided linens – from sheets to bath and beach towels. An expanded cable package caters to your entertainment preferences, with the convenience of additional queen and full-size air mattresses.

For your utmost convenience, a full washer and dryer ensemble are discreetly tucked within the condo. Central A/C and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

The condo complex itself offers an oasis of outdoor delights, featuring a beachfront heated pool that tempts you to unwind, a tennis court for the active spirit, and an inviting beachfront tiki hut – the perfect spot to savor the water's edge. Ample parking space is at your disposal, with under building parking reserved exclusively for owners.

This property does not have any dockage. There is no trailer parking at the condo. No parking under condo - those spaces are reserved for owners. No rvs or motorhomes. Plenty of parking in front of the condo and toward the street.

This condo does not allow renters to have pets. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. This rule is set by the condo HOA.

Quiet vacation condo

Everything about the condo and complex are lovely. My visit was the week after spring break ended and there were times when it felt as though we were the only ones in the building. I will say if you are going there to swim in the ocean, that is the only drawback to the property. The water was beautiful to look at but not to swim. However, after going to public beaches on Marathon and Key West, it seems that might just be par for the course.

Great place, great location

Our unit appeared to be recently updated. New kitchen, new furnishings, nice appliances and fixtures. The owner(s) genuinely seemed to care about their guests. The provided a nice “welcome” pack, things like soap, shampoo, garbage bags, etc… overall a very good stay. Very pleased with this property.

Great place for a peaceful Christmas

Our family needed a quiet get-away for Christmas this year, and this was the perfect place. Easy access to the beach and pool, close to Publix and WinnDixie and good restaurants and tourist attractions, and nice and quiet when we needed peacefulness.

Great place and view!

Wonderful place and location. Place was clean, well equipped and nice furnishings. The only thing it lacked was management on site. The place that manages the condo I rented was great, very responsive. The on-site management was non existent, other guest were not being respectful of others with the use of radios and hanging all their stuff on the pool railings and lani. People had sand all over the place from not using the wash area. Loud music was being played at the pool and beach which was not to be done. Several dogs that would bark all day long so you had to listen to that as well. Pool heater was broke the whole time and was 60 degrees. Last day the elevator was out or order so being on the fourth floor was not good since my father is older and cannot do stairs.
