A perfect vacation in the Florida Keys! Our vacation home is the perfect getaway for couples or families. Relax in a lounge chair overlooking the private, swimmable beach or take a dip in the heated pool. A gorgeous landscape of palm trees, tropical flowers and plants surround you in paradise. All you need to pack is your toothbrush. We provide everything from a fully stocked kitchen and towels to a cooler and beach toys.

One of our favorite things is to enjoy cocktails and fresh steak and seafood cooked on one of the two propane grills provided at the tiki hut right on the beach. So gorgeous!

Ready for adventure? Nearby there is fishing, snorkeling and diving as well as bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals. A beautiful pickleball court is available in KCB!

For the kiddos, take a trip to the Dolphin Research Center, visit the Turtle Hospital or we absolutely love the kayak trip through the mangroves!

Be sure and take a 3 minute walk to Sunset Park or you can take a day trip to Key West -- only an hour a way!

This condo has been our family's happy place for more than 30 years! My husband and I bought it from my parents, Charlie and Diane, in summer 2023. We're excited to share it with you!

We offer lots of extras and amenities to add value to your stay! This is our home away from home so we're always adding fun things. Here are some of the extras we typically offer for you to enjoy while in our home (keep in mind that these are subject to change):

The two bedroom, two bath condo was very nice and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was right outside and to the left of the condo. The beach was a short walk around the corner. The pool was nice on some of the colder days, as it was protected from the north winds. Loved the short walk to sunset park and enjoying the sunset with other onlookers.

A beautiful condo at the beach. It delivered all that was advertised and more. Great location steps from private beach and pool. Fully stocked and ready to enjoy. Perfect location to explore all Marathon Key has to offer. Plus it's an easy drive to Key West which was a fun day trip. Plenty to do it kept us occupied for a week. We had a great time

Please let your guests know that sombrero beach has a park to pay it cost me $45 as I did not see it where we parked. Your place is a great location. We tried to make sure everything was cleaned up. Pool and beach were great.

Hidden Gem!

My family had the perfect vacation at Sea Isle! The beach and grounds are gorgeous! It was a bit windy during our stay, so we spent a lot of time by the pool, too. Key Colony Beach is a perfect location for any adventure in the Keys. Our favorite outing was the Marathon Turtle Hospital—we attended the release of one of the turtles the following day! We truly enjoyed our stay in Key Colony. The community is so friendly and quiet. We enjoyed a full stocked kitchen, time at the pool and ocean. We thought we would be able to see the ocean from the balcony, but shrubs block any view. I highly recommend this unit. Don’t miss the Sunday concert at sunset park, added bonus!

Wonderful area to stay in. Condo is well equipped. Love first floor and not having to go up stairs. Grilling area outside is the best. Lots of beach chairs out front to use. Great place

The location was amazing. The complex has its own little beach with lounge chairs. The unit was fine, could stand to be updated or at least fresh coat of paint. Kitchen supplies were ample. If you use more than one set of towels or the beach towels that are supplied- the renter has to wash them and without a washer/dryer in the unit it was a little annoying. But overall great place; quiet couldn’t hear the neighbors or people above you.

We had such a great time. The beach on the property was the perfect size. The complex was quiet but I also think it had to be sound proof because I never heard anybody outside. There were coolers, snorkels, pool floats (by the pool). The ONLY thing I would change is having a chiller for the pool. It was mid July during a heat wave and both the beach and pool were not refreshing. There was so much to do in Marathon your day could be as action packed as you please.

Attention with cleaning

Beach and all buildings amenities is great, pool clean, barbecue are so great, The apto is spacious, kitchen has all amenities. The only matters is the cleaning. The apto it was terrible dirt, all towels and beds sheets dirt. We spent until 3:00 am on the first day trying to wash and dry everything to sleep and take a shower. Sofa is really dirt, so we cover to seat. Besides the cleaning, everything else is good.

One of the Best Places We Have Stayed in the Mid-Keys

Both the location and the actual unit itself were perfect. The fact that the unit was on the first floor, first door off the hallway from the parking lot, so very easy to bring in luggage, scuba gear, groceries et cetera. The pool was steps away. The ocean and the nice little beach was about a 90 second walk. And it actually was a beach and good for swimming or wading. Many of the waterfront properties in the keys are only calf or knee deep. This was very lucky. Loved that in the common picnic areas they have grills with propane tanks already attached. Inside the unit absolutely everything we needed, Particularly appreciate the abundance of toilet paper, paper towels; also spices and all the things that just don't make sense to buy if you're only staying a week or two. Could not possibly have been better. And the owner and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Needs some TLC

Key Colony Beach is a great place to stay. The condo had an updated kitchen, after that...... not much else. The rest of the condo is totally outdated, and the beds definitely could use new mattresses and updated linens. The bathroom I was using wasn't particularly clean, the floor and behind the door were very dirty. I used my hair dryer in the spare bathroom, and set off the fire alarm to the entire building! By using a hair dryer! The building manager tried to explain it away, but after that incident, I had to use the master bathroom to dry my hair, didn't want that to happen again. All in all, the stay was just.....meh.
