Seaside, Is a diverse and walkable community of entertainment offering a unique experience that combines an oceanfront family-friendly resort amusement park, dining and evening entertainment.

During the period commencing April 15 and ending at 12:00 midnight on June 30 of each year, no short-term rental property shall be rented to any person under 21 years of age. The primary occupant executing the rental agreement shall be 21 years of age or older and must actually occupy the property during the term of the short-term rental. In the event any occupants are under 18 years of age those occupants shall be the immediate family member or under legal guardianship of the primary occupant or another occupant that is 21 years of age or older. Both the primary occupant executing the short-term rental agreement and the STR owner shall be responsible for compliance with this provision, and both shall be responsible for a violation.

We had a wonderful time. The place was spotless when we arrived and well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Max always responded to any questions within minutes.

Came back to Seaside to visit family and show the kids the boardwalk and beaches. Condo is in walking distance of the boardwalk. Condo is clean and had everything we needed. This area is noisy at night but did not affect our older children during the stay.

If Seaside Heights is your destination, this is a great stay! Boardwalk is tons of fun. Great beaches and shopping nearby. All shore towns within an hour. Host has your back and is readily accessible and makes himself avalable at all times. Caring and genuinely concerned. Overall4+

I gave this a five because I couldn't give it a 4.9.The place is generally clean and well kept. Location is excellent! bathrooms and kitchens are in great condition.The floors however were a bit gritty and if you walked barefoot you would end up with dirty feet. Don't want to chastise the owner too quickly because any cleaning crew can miss something on occasion. But if they can vacuum and mop the floors this place is a 5 star all the way!

Great place!

My husband and I booked this vacation rental for us and our 5 children. Everything was beautiful! I did give the check in process a 4 but that’s only because we couldn’t get in to our rental when we arrived because one of the maids bolted the door after cleaning it. But all I had to do was call Max and let him know what was going on and he had it fixed within 10 min. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Never got a nicer place for so little money. So well stocked with everything we needed. Had a few questions and Massimo was available with the answers every time. Restaurants, boardwalk and bars close enough to walk!

Overall, this is a nice and quiet spot in a good location - just west of Central Ave. The walk is reasonable and easy to get to the boardwalk and it is a well appointed condo (great kitchen, comes with linens, etc.) and easily sleeps 6, or even 8 - (4 doubles/queens), with a nice common area with tons of seating. There were a few minor kinks with cleanliness and early-season functionality - but the host was responsive and helped when requested to resolve what he could. Note only one parking spot, but lots of other street or surface parking around (some at a cost). Recommend!
