The space
The duplex is a private home and therefore better equipped than regular rental apartments. It very central located and in a quiet area.
It is a 2 and 5 minute walk to the shopping centers of Puerto Rico with lots of restaurants, shops, arcades and bars. We also have a playground, fun park and two mini golf courses nearby.
The beach is 5 minutes walk away, taxi and bus 200 m away.

The terrace has a new, large, comfortable sofa with a table, complete dining area for 6 people and a separate small sitting group.
It is covered with a large, electric awning and privacy is taken care of with white class fence.
Many living plants create a pleasant, warm atmosphere, like an beautiful oasis.
Dining chairs can be covered with a towel and used as sun loungers. Sun on the terrace 08.00 -17.30.
On the second floor there is a balcony with seating and views over all of Puerto Rico and to the ocean. It also has sun all day.

The living room is beautifully decorated with a large, new and very spacious and comfortable sofa bed, large, new TV and speaker.
It also have a small corner for office and have super fast internet.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make and serve a great dinner for your family and friends.
You have an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and coffee maker, toaster, electric whisk, food processor and various other household appliances.
There are plenty of all kind of dishes, plates, glasses and cups.

The bedrooms have new, comfortable double beds with top mattresses. The curtains in the bedrooms are sun- and heat insulated to prevent too high a temperature inside.
The master bedroom has its own TV.
Brand new air conditioning on the 2nd floor. Ceiling fan in the living room and master bedroom.
All the furniture inside and outside, and equipment in the kitchen are brand new from 2022.
The internet is super fast fiber 600/600 and has an amplifier for the 2nd floor.

The pool area is beautifully newly renovated and has new, comfortable sun loungers and a children's pool. There is sun from the sunrise to the sunset.
The complex is well maintained.
Free parking for one car in the parking lot.
You can check in whenever you want with the key from a key box in the car park.
The complex is centrally located in Puerto Rico and it has a number of stairs if you return walking from the center. From the parking lot we only have one floor down with stairs as this is the top residential floor. If you do not like stairs, taxi to the front door from the center costs less than 3 Euro
