About this property

Beautifully designed space w/every convenance and comfort in mind. Queen Murphy bed with desk when lifted. Bunk bed couch, Kitchenette w/small electric oven, rice cooker, bacon press, coffee maker W/coffee and creamers, refrigerator, dining table/w 4chairs, toaster, blender & more.
Patio & BBQ.
Community kids corner, ping pong table, outdoor bar area w/TV and dining table,fire pit. Laundry room and business center w/printer plus beach chairs, towels and outdoor and indoor games and toys.
The space
This 1 acre centrally located property close to the beach has 4 separate units. This is the executive studio apartment attached to the main House w/ a private gated entrance. You also have your own outdoor area to BBQ and eat as well as a community bar and eating area w/TV next to the kids corner, ping ping & outdoor games. You also have a large community laundry room with business center/desk and printer for guest use plus Beach towels, chairs, ice chest and family games for your enjoyment to check out for free.
Guest access
You will have access to your own private unit with private outdoor eating area with your own BBQ. You will also have use of the community bar area with dining and a TV next to the kids corner that has play kitchen, connect four and more. There is an area gated for guest with dogs which need to be on a leash when on the grounds. We have extra leashes and dog water dishes on site if you need to use them. Plenty of on site free parking
Other things to note
You are close to shopping, restaurants and freeway close plus just 5 miles to beautiful Oceanside beach and pier. You are about 15 minutes to LegoLand and 1 hour to Disneyland

Christmas in Vista

The unit was ver small, about 250 sq ft, but overall it met our needs because we basically just slept and showered there. Not much room for luggage storage. One light switch for overhead head lights. Needed bedside lamp or separate light over kitchenette. Backs up to another rental so we could hear every word from neighbors. Fortunately they didn’t stay up late. Bathroom was a good size. Enjoyed the large shower.

I have been selling Real Estate for over 30 years and my daughter who is also a Broker for over 15 years. We have been offering FREE professional Home Staging for all our sellers so when Airbnb took off it was natural for me to step into the design and hosting of Airbnb's. I love hospitality and started a non profit in 1999 that promotes International hospitality and friendship partnering with highschool and college students in France. I am also a speaker and a professional life coach to young woman. I am known as the Legacy Land Pro and love to show others how to leave a legacy of both income and equity through the ownership of Real Estate to become financially independent and to leave an inheritance for my grandchildren. I homeschooled my kids for 8 years and before it was popular and have a very close relationship with all three of my kids and grandkids.
