Spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you could imagine including spices and condiments. Separate bar cabinet and coffee bar . You have a private covered seating area off the living room with fire pit, BBQ and TV. This is a great spot to enjoy the amazing sunsets and enjoy the coastal breezes. The grounds feel like a resort with unique outdoor bar area w/ TV, outdoor seating, kids corner and ping pong. Business center with desk and printer available for free to guest. On site laundry room with two new spacious washers and dryers. Lots of extra games and books for your use in the laundry area including beach chairs and beach towels. Convenient location just minutes to the beach and freeway close.
Guest access
You’ll have access to your unit and the private covered patio area off the living room is your exclusive outdoor space but there is also a shared outdoor covered bar area with outdoor dining and TV next to the kids corner and ping-pong table. You also have access to the laundry room and business center where you’ll find additional outdoor games, indoor games and toys as well as books. This area also has extra beach chairs and beach towels as well as larger cooking appliances for your use.

I love hospitality and started a non profit in 1999 that promotes International hospitality and friendship partnering with highschool and college students in France. I am also a speaker and a professional life coach to young woman.
