Gorgeous Renovated Palm Springs Condo, Close to Everything!

Welcome to Hermosa Villas, centrally located in the Barista area of Palm Springs. Walking distance to grocery shopping, galleries, restaurants and downtown. Enjoy this beautiful two story Townhouse/Condo where no one is either below or above you. The condo is stocked with everything you will need throughout your stay including all kitchen essentials, dishes, wine glasses, pots & pans, and appliances including a full size refrigerator with automatic ice maker. Unit also has it's own washer and dryer.
There is a one half bathroom downstairs and a 3/4 bath upstairs with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains and pool, plus a walk- in closet. The other bedroom has a king-sized bed and two closets. The private patio just off the kitchen on the main level is a great place to BBQ and entertain friends and only steps away from assigned covered parking and resort-style pool and spa.

The living room is equipped with a large smart TV and included wifi internet throughout the home. The main bedroom also has it's own SMART TV. The complex is pet friendly and owner will allow a small pet with an additional cleaning fee.

The pool is heated year round and perfect for lap swimming or floating on your raft. The large hot tub is perfect for a long soak after a day of golfing or pickle ball, or just a wonderful spot to lounge all day long.

AWESOME COMPLEX

I had the most wonderful time at this condo and complex. Before I arrived, my contact with the owners was very friendly and inviting. Upon my arrival, I entered a beautifully decorated, clean and well supplied unit. The unit is located close to the pool area and there were many pool party events to attend. The tenants/owners in the area were very friendly and I made many new friends. The unit is close to shopping within walking distance for groceries, drug stores and restaurants. I am looking forward to my return this coming winter.

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our family's condo for your next vacation. It has been in our family for approximately 30 years and was the prime spot for my parents every winter and spring. Unfortunately they are no longer able to enjoy it so we are offering it to long term renters at this time.

Why they chose this property

The Barista neighborhood is conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs where shopping, dining, casinos, spas, museums, galleries and more are within minutes of the condo.

In addition, this complex is very quiet and friendly. Short term rentals are not allowed (less than 30 days) and as a result the complex stays peaceful year round with many residents living there full time or spending half of the year. As a result, the property is looked after better than other complexes.

What makes this property unique

The property was renovated from top to bottom in the summer of 2023 with beautiful finishes and new flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodels. New appliances include central HVAC system, dishwasher, built in microwave, and BBQ. All linens and bedding are brand new.
