You will need to enter through a security gate to get to the condo. Guests will have access to the entire home, including the spacious, fenced-off backyard.
Other things to note
Guests are only allowed to park on the driveway of the condo. The driveway can fit two cars. If extra space is needed, garage access can be added for an additional fee.

The condo is located in a peaceful gated community. If you book this space, you will be asked to conform to the quiet hour rules of 10pm to 10am. Noise violations will incur additional fees and penalties.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. Repeated noise and disturbance complaints past that time will result in additional fees.

Christmas in Hollister

We were all able to stay under one roof with nice, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and central heating, very comfortable. There are two long couches in the living room allowing us all to sit and watch a little tv, and on Christmas morning to open presents. The kitchen is very roomy, with a terrific gas stovetop and really nice ovens and microwave and large, clean refrigerator. And the patio was perfect, fenced in and facing the driving range. The sun came out and made for a perfect area to sit and visit while our grandson played on the swing and kicked his ball around, and even walked out to a little hill where he could roll down in the grass. It's a lovely spot to spend time with your family.

stay a while

. good size master bedroom, nice view . comfortable beds . nice location, close to our Hollister family . living room sofas/futons not comfortable for tv viewing . a more specific hard copy manual of how to: light fireplace, work remote etc would help
