Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I booked this apartment for a week. When I arrived it was raining heavily, and the walls and the ceiling of the apartment was leaking. I contacted the owner and they gave me the Gray room instead while they repaired the leak. The Gray room was not free the last day I was supposed to be there, so I would have to move back to the yellow room for the last day.The gray room was much better than the yellow room, but was poorly stocked in regards to cleaning equipment, towels, soaps… it would have been fine for a day or two, but not for a whole week.The last day I pack my things to return to the yellow apartment as agreed, but the apartment is occupied by a lovely but startled couple. I then move bak to the gray and try to contact the owner, no response.I leave the gray apartment to go buy lunch, and when I return the code I had been given for the door no longer works. I am locked out with all my belongings in the apartment.Luckily the janitor is kind enough to open for me. The owner has still not answered, so not being willing to risk being locked out and having nowhere to stay that night I instead book an hotel.
