This cabin is located on the water and features a contemporary theme and design and is100% fully furnished. Living room area has vaulted ceilings and a loft filled with contemporary items. This cabin is located just outside city limits within 2 minutes from Johnnie Downs ballpark , 5 minutes Rapides parish Coliseum, 8 minutes Alexandria Airport and 10 minutes local trails.
This location is brand new to the area. Each cabin has a dedicated work station, full kitchen, and each cabin has it's own theme inside.
The entire property is available to walk.
Other things to note.
Guest are welcome to fish in the pond, use the covered pavilion, take pictures standing on the bridge, use fire pit, play horseshoes, use of barbecue pit and walk on the walking path around the pond. No more than 4 guest allowed on this property unless prior permission has been granted.

The cabin was spotless. Key less entry was nice. No problems whatsoever. The property was very clean. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Sitting on the front porch late in the evenings and early in the mornings was so refreshing, listening to the water fountain in the pond. Watching the ducks and geese play in the water was sweet. I would highly recommend Tunk’s Cypress Inn and oyster bar. About 5 miles from funny farms. Steak was phenomenal, had a live band, right on the Kincaid Lake. Try to make reservations… It was packed this Saturday night. I would definitely give my experience five stars.

Omg he answered with 5 mins of every question and message. The stay was so peaceful my grandbabies loved it. They were able to feed the chickens and ducks. It was so welcoming. Ill be back

Relaxing & peaceful

This place was fabulous!!! Very nice & clean. Bed was super comfortable too!!The pond outside with the ducks was just the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend staying here.I’ll for sure return if I’m in the area again.

The cottage was very clean. We were comfortable. Enjoyed the porch. We sat outside watching the geese and the chickens. Loved that there was food provided for us to feed them.Nice and quiet. No traffic noise. Had a relaxing weekend

An entire cabin on a pond. Quiet and peaceful surroundings is next to impossible to find at this price range. Plus so many other perks you don't visualize until that first morning of coffee and lake fountain with the honks of geese and rooster crows. A step back into time. Trust me. You need this!!!
