Stay was great! It's as advertised with a few exceptions that the images don't show an extra bean bag in the living area and there is no 2nd floor lamp. Bring an eye mask if you plan to sleep on the sleeper sofas. Overall great location and would stay again!

Location to Del Mar racetrack is perfect. Walking distance is roughly 25 mins. House is easy to locate, spacious. Older house but nice back patio. The only drawback is there is no TV in the second bedroom. And the fan light in the second bedroom would not shut off the last night, but the owner did respond next day that they would have it looked at.

My friend and I were very pleased with this house. Both of the beds were very comfortable. The two couches in the living room were perfect for watching movies, and we appreciated the long dining room table for meals. The upper deck was great, and the courtyard on the ground floor was amazing!

Our spacious home is designed with comfort and versatility in mind. With two inviting bedrooms (a king-size and a queen-size bed) and two sleeper sofas (one queen and one full), we offer plenty of room for families or groups to spread out. The private backyard is a standout feature, providing a safe and relaxing space for kids to play while adults enjoy the serene atmosphere.
