Such a beautiful property, so close to the ocean, beautiful sunsets! The pool and hot tub were amazing, our host was very communicative and helpful and kind. Our whole group enjoyed our stay very much!

Enjoyed staying close to beach, and we enjoyed pool & spa, nice backyard with plenty of tables & seating. Lovely living area. Very eclectic older home. Only issue especially for older folks is many stairs, no air conditioning and busy street for parking. Grandkids loved the loft. Would stay again

Wonderful house, well set up with everything you need. Large kitchen equipped for cooking and bbq’ing at home. We were a group of 9 and everyone had plenty of space. Location is great: quick to the beach and store and short drive to La Jolla and San Diego. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful trip to Del Mar. The house was great. Nice and clean with lots of rooms. The view from the backyard was great. We also really enjoyed the pool. I will definitely try and stay here again the next time I am in Del Mar.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was fun and there was room for all 10 of us to stay. The deposit was high, which made me nervous. But it seems to be designed to make sure that people are not disturbing the neighbors. It was refunded in full. I failed to notice that the home was not air conditioned, my fault. There were many fans that were available to use in the rooms. Just be aware there is no air conditioning and so it may be warm there during the summer months.

This was the perfect spot for our crew! close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. The house was so cool, and the kids loved the pool! Our host was very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was loved by the kids and we spent most of our days in SD hanging out there. David was very easy to reach and communicate with. The only thing to be mindful of is if you are traveling with more than one vehicle. There is one designated parking space so other vehicles park on the Main Street. It isn’t an issue, just something to be mindful of if you have little ones because the road is quite busy. Even though it is a busy road the home was quiet and felt secluded with the plants. There were a number of amazing books and plenty of things for kids to enjoy. Del Mar is a lovely spot in SD and the location is pretty central to attractions. We would definitely return!

We are a men's college golf team and played an event at Torrey Pines. David's property is located in Del Mar, about 5 miles from the course so the location was perfect; quiet, comfortable and relaxing all at the same time. We'll hopefully be back next year!

Mix of business and family fun!

I was attending a conference at The Lodge at Torrey Pines and brought the family along for a vacay. This home was perfect for our needs! David was readily available when I had any questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
