We have rented many homes, and this one is the best so far. We visited March 24 to April 2,2026. Everything worked exactly as described. The spa and pool were much enjoyed by a family of six from northern Michigan, ages 75 to 13. The pool table is an added asset we all enjoyed. Lots of pool toys, bikes to ride, a beach wagon and beach chairs. A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bradenton, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island. The pool security door chimes didn't bother us at all. A gift for families with young children. Homeowner is very responsive to questions in a timely manner. The quirky dryer worked perfectly after following homeowner's written directions, We will rent this beautiful home agan. Thank you, Heather.

Our stay at Pineapple Sea Esta was wonderful! The home is beautiful & is located in a lovely neighborhood.Heather our host was great! She was easy to communicate with & very prompt to respond to my questions.The home is very clean, actually spotless! The bedrooms are decorated nicely. The beds & pillows are very comfortable & make for a relaxing night’s sleep. The kitchen is well stocked, as are the bathrooms. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion provided in the bathrooms. The heated pool and spa were a huge hit with the entire family! The pool patio area is beautifully landscapedit feels like a tropical hideaway! We enjoyed our stay immensely & can’t wait to come back! BH

Perfect getaway home!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect with access to many beach areas, dining and activities. The house was well stocked and had everything by we needed to make us comfortable. The host was easy to get ahold of and made sure we were very well cared for. This house is a very short walk away from Manatee River and the sunsets over the river are breathtaking. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent a ton of time in the pool. We can’t wait to return and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful clean house BUT....

-The EXTREMELY LOUD Open Door/Open Pool Door Alarms drove us crazy! ex: no one could exit the apt section to go to the kitchen in the mornings to get coffee or go out to read by the pool or go for a walk from anywhere in the house without setting off the alarms which were so loud they woke everyone else sleeping in the house. We were told they could not be turned off. - There is no wifi in the apt section - which makes the tv in there unusable because that tv is streaming only. -For a house that sleeps 10, it was extremely disappointing to only have 3 beach chairs and one umbrella. We only had 6 people but we all needed a chair and partial shade at the beach at our age. -There wasn't a normal coffee machine - just and expresso machine or a french press. We had to go buy a coffee maker for our use that week. -As far as being by the river - we were told only when we got there that you had to stay off the piers - they were all privately owned. There was no other place to walk to if you wanted to take a chair & sit and relax by the river. -The spa was disappointing and did not get anywhere near 100 degrees.

Why they chose this property

It is such a perfect spot, really! Only three houses down from the Manatee River. There are so many birds and neighbors say they see Manatee all the time by the river wall! It is only a short walk to the waterfront restaurants in downtown Bradenton. The property has views of incredibly beautiful hot pink sunsets (like you see in the pictures) and is located in a nice safe environment.

What makes this property unique

It has a nice open layout and a beautiful pool. The home is decorated to be coastal chic with nice high-end furniture and lots of Pineapples! It truly is a little tropical paradise.
