Take a short hike from the cabin and you'll encounter some of the most incredible waterfalls in the area.

Step inside our thoughtfully crafted 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath log home and you'll immediately feel a sense of warmth and tranquility. The wrap-around deck calls you to relax in the large, soothing hot tub, while the romantic stone fireplace becomes the centerpiece of intimate evenings spent in the company of loved ones. In January 2024, we went above and beyond to ensure the utmost luxury and comfort by completely renovating the master bath. It now boasts a beautiful tile shower and double vanities, providing an indulgent retreat for relaxation (updated pictures coming soon!).

The house is beautiful and well kept. Felt secluded, although there are neighbors. Scary getting up to the top of that mountain for this Florida girl but we would stay again for sure.

Clean property. Hot tub was nice! Deck needs alittle love but was still nice to be outside. The screened in area needs some work to be safe for little ones. Inside is rustic and homey. Older cabin floors are creaky makes it hard to not wake others if you are an early riser lol. Overall great place to celebrate my birthday with family.

Christmas Vacation

This was one of the best Christmases we have ever had. We spent most of our time there in the cabin with the fireplace. We brought a small Christmas tree and decorated the cabin. It was really nice to look in from the hot tub and see it all. This was the second time we have been there, and the cabin is always well kept up and clean. The ladies do an awesome job maintaining it. we will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Home

The house was everything we needed and wanted. We loved the drive up to the cabin along with the views and the seclusion of the cabin. We loved that the cabin came with wood for the fireplace. The cabin was very cozy and gave us everything we needed. We grilled twice on the charcoal grill and had a fire every night. We will return. Thank you for such a lovely weekend.

The Blue Ridge Cabin exceeded our expectations. Warm, inviting atmosphere in the cabin... meticulously cleaned and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat. We loved the hot tub and gathering around the beautiful stone fireplace.

Cabin was very clean. The kitchen was great, had all and any utensils and cooking supplies we needed. Even had beer mugs chilled in the freezer! Nice touch!

Just what we were looking for

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Everything was as advertised. It's a great mountain cabin without the cliche bears and quilts. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is new and well equipped, except for the empty salt shaker 😉 We will definitely be back.

This place was more than we thought it would be . The kitchen has everything you would need fully equipped. The space for privacy was very favorable. If I camp back to North Carolina again I would come back for sure . The drive up to the house was the only downfall in my eyes !!

Mountaintop Hideaway

We have been fortunate to book some excellent cabins through VRBO and Blue Ridge Cabin raised the bar. Situated near the top of a mountain outside downtown Hendersonville, the cabin was an ideal mix of privacy and convenience. The layout and game room were ideal for a family with small kids and the wood-burning fireplace (a must-have for us) made it a relaxing haven for grown-ups. This was the perfect setting for ringing in the New Year with the family. I would highly recommend this cabin....just don't book it on a weekend when we're trying to go back!

Cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains

This cabin had it all, hot tub, foosball, ping pong, and corn hole. Brandon and Katie Beth had the place well stocked with the essentials and many extras, like salt and pepper, a variety of spices, plenty of paper products, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. Check in and out was easy. Communication with Brandon was prompt and easy. No issues during our stay. Great place to stay; close enough to hiking, Asheville, Flat Rock and Hendersonville, but far enough away to unwind and relax. :)

We LOVED it! Check-in and check-out procedures are hassle-free, and communication with Brandon is prompt and easy. The cabin offers great amenities (relaxing hot tub, foosball, ping pong, board games, AppleTV, and corn hole. Well-stocked with everything we needed (salt, pepper, spices, paper products, trash bags, and even dishwasher detergent). The cabin was clean and very well-maintained. Contrary to some reviews, the drive to the cabin is not as challenging as portrayed. Ideal location, close proximity to hiking trails, Hendersonville, Flat Rock, Brevard, and Asheville... while still providing a peaceful retreat to unwind and relax. Overall, it is a fantastic place to stay... we will definitely be back!

Now we want one!!!

Wow!! What a wonderful cabin!! We came here for a weekend getaway and had the best time. The cabin is so well stocked- the kitchen has a crockpot even! They’ve thought of everything. The master bathroom had just been renovated and it’s beautiful. Brandon was super responsive and let us know there was additional firewood in the garage for our use. We had a fire going the whole time as we never left because the cabin was the event in and of itself. We wondered about the view because some said there wasn’t much of one but that must be in the summer because the winter views are perfect. The sky is breathtaking at sunset over town. We definitely will be back and want to bring our kids next time! 5+stars!!!

Rustic cabin

Overall good experience. A little more rustic than I was expecting. Really in nature so more likely for bugs to get in-we had a lot of encounters with ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Not much of a view either considering how high up the mountain you go to get to the cabin. Kids enjoyed the game room downstairs and the hot tub. Glad to have so many viewing options on the tv as well. Would recommend having more towels (there were only 4 bath towels total) and replacing the rug in the basement bathroom. Good communication with Brandon-the internet wasn’t working when we first arrived and he was quick to respond and get someone out to replace the modem.

Gorgeous view, perfect price

We had the most wonderful time in this home. It was gorgeous the view was spectacular. It had everything we could possibly need. The owner was available 24/7 for us when we had a slight issue with the water pressure. Within 20 minutes he had his team out there and fixed it immediately. My children tried to convince us to buy the home because they loved it so much. Only problem is it’s not for sale! LOL The hot tub was great, yes the buttons sucked and we had to use a pen to push them up or down but seriously for a hot tub with that view nobody cares. We had fires in the house every night thanks to the stack of wood that they left for us in the garage. Some was still wet wood but the majority was not. There were games and books for the kids, and a Foos ball table and a ping-pong table with extra balls. This house is now our dream home for retirement! Con: getting up the last turn to the driveway. I highly recommend a good vehicle to get up there. We almost brought the car but last minute went with our truck. Glad we did because my car would struggle but the truck had it

House is nice, but PICS need updating for accuracy...

House itself is nice, but the trees are now so tall you have a very limited "mountain view" or "to see the lights in Hendersonville at night"....pics were obviously taken years ago, and the view was one of the reasons we chose this house so that was very disappointing for our family. All you can see are trees with slight "peaks" of mountains at certain angles on the deck. Deck itself is fabulous and loved the lights on it. Several items on property need repair/improvement/demolishing due to the safety of such areas/items (swing set, play house for kids, exposed large hole in the ground near the side of the deck with wooden crates over it which we believe was a septic tank issue, etc.) We had 2 porch rocking chairs to break while someone was rocking in them...thank goodness, no one was hurt. Other outdoor furniture was in bad to rotten condition as well. We had issues in receiving the code to get into the house. After NUMEROUS texts/phone calls ... we did finally receive the code about 30 minutes past check-in time as well as profuse apologies from the Rogers so that was appreciated for the frustration it caused us all. It was nice arriving to a clean house, beds made, having towels supplied and basic kitchen/bathroom/cleaning supplies. Enjoyed the hot tub, kitchen is very nice with everything we needed and our family enjoyed having meals all together at the BIG table. Drive up the mountain to it was a bit more than we've encountered at other cabin rentals, but was no problem with our trucks/SUVs...just very winding, steep, choppy and time-consuming. Enjoyed game tables/TV downstairs, but the area could use some deep cleaning/updating to make it more appealing. Never could get the gas heat to work from instructions left in notebook, but it didn't get unbearably cold or we'd have contacted the owners. Owners have a helpful notebook with house/area/restaurant info on the coffee table as well as a basket of brochures...very helpful. This rental has such potential, but needs a lot of work/attention/repair to earn 5 stars, and it needs to have updated pictures of the CURRENT condition of things/home/grounds to be honest to potential renters. Again, house itself is nice.

Pros:The bathrooms were clean, good water pressure (loft bathroom), and the towels were soft & big in size.The primary bed was comfortable, clean sheets, and nice comforter. Some rooms had blankets.TV on the main floor was a nice size, and easy to link to our application for us to watch football games.Plenty of kitchen cooking pans (etc.), cooking utensils, and place settings (plates, bowls, cups and silverware). Washing machine and dryer worked well. Cons: The couch and loveseat need to be replaced. In the photos they look nice, but they currently have coverings on them and are broken down for seating. No new individual wrapped kitchen sponge for washing, only a used one. Only one kitchen towel.Kitchen water came out cloudy. Since the bathroom water came out clear, we used bathroom water for making coffee.No coffee pot as pictured in the photos or advertised. We brought coffee filters and coffee, but the kitchen had a K-Cup coffee maker.Basement had a musty smell. Yet, table games were in good shape.Outside needs major pressure washing clean. Cabin is surrounded by tall trees, not a lot of sun gets to the cabin to dry areas around the house. The front walkway is very slippery. The back porch deck and sitting is covered by mildew.No breathtaking view from the back porch, too many trees.Must be able to backup well, no turn around and narrow driveway. Ceiling fans need to be replaced. They do provide box fans throughout cabin for air circulation.
