Stunning Waterfront Home in Cape Coral
We want you to have a wonderful stay.
The Owners want to be responsive to any requests and has provided numerous amenities including pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling mask and fins and everything you need to have fun.
We ask you to:
Please respect the property and the neighbors.
Please wash as many towels as you can prior to check out. The cleaning staff will attend to bedding.
Guests must clean the propane grill after every use. Failure to clean the grill will result in aa $50 Cleaning fee
Do not leave children unaccompanied around the pool, spa or the canal.
No glass ware in the lanai or around the pool.
No Pets.
