About this property
The White House
Enjoy peace and tranquility close to the city in your own modern villa. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located amidst rice fields yet close to shopping and many great restaurants. You'll have a modern-style villa with all the Western comforts in a tropical garden.
A 3-car garage, laundry and plenty of storage space come with the house. There are 3 beautiful garden areas as well.
Please be mindful that this is our home that we share on AirBnB and treat it with care and kindness.
The space:
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main area in the home is an open-concept kitchen/living room with high ceilings (>12ft). All rooms have air conditioning and high-speed wifi (1 Gbps). Laundry and living essentials are provided.
The land is 1/2 square rai (approx. 8600 sq ft) and has a backyard, lawn, driveway and rose garden.
There is one comfortable king-size bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom is used as an office and comes with an office chair, color wifi printer/scanner, desk and 4 additional chairs. If you need a complete sleeping setup for the second bedroom (i.e. bed, mattress, make-up table, wardrobe), we will furnish it at no charge for long-term stays (over 6 months). Please let us know your needs.
Other things to note:
Weekly housekeeping is included for free (interior and exterior cleaning and gardening). First indoor cleaning starts at least 4 days after check-in.
