Located in Playa Prieta, Vida de la Paz 4 is a two-bedroom penthouse on the third floor, ideal for couples or small families seeking a convenient base near Playa Potrero. This condo provides essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 2.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

From the balcony, guests can enjoy ocean and mountain views, along with a refreshing breeze.



The complex does not have an elevator. Therefore, please note that access to the condo, which is located on the third floor, is only via stairs.



The condo's location offers easy access to nearby beaches like Playa Prieta and Playa la Penca, both within a 10-minute walk. A shared pool is also available on-site for guests. By car, you can reach Las Catalinas or Flamingo Marina in about 15 minutes, where you'll find dining and shopping options, as well as activity and tour opportunities.

The view of the place is extraordinary. The AC, the layout of the place is excellent. Since we spent there 35 days , the kitchen is very basic and eating indoor is mediocre, at best. The management response was excellent, when we required something and Marcela was very helpful, timely and responsive. The negative point is a nearby road and continuous traffic and noise and plenty of dust, as well as the playa Prieta is about 900 meters away.Jadwiga& Zivojin
