The space
This home is a very well designed 1600 sqft. Designed for maximum usage, the open concept living, dining and kitchen allows for a great gathering space for your group. This home is great for family's with children. The master suite is large and relaxing with a King bed, sofa and private bathroom. The Queen guest room has plenty of mirrors for getting ready in the room, with access to the shared hall bathroom. The bunk room is spacious and can accommodate up to 3 people with access to the hall bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's with streaming apps available

To add more guest, the living room couch fold out into a sofa bed.

The dining table has seats for 4 with seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. For a full house, use the tv trays in the living room for additional eating services.

If the weather is beautiful you can enjoy the backyard seating area with BBQ Pit. Please feel free to bring your lawn chairs or lawn games and enjoy the large backyard.

With the City Pool and Park right next door, you can take the kids for an afternoon of fun, before heading downtown to eat at one of our fabulous restaurants.
