For our long weekend, we had 3 families stay in this VRBO with kids that ranged from age 3 to 14, and 6 adults. The toy closet was a huge hit with the littles, the three-bed room was wonderful for the teenagers, and the pool table and bar were perfect for the adults. We enjoyed spending time together in the spacious living rooms, making our own meals, and eating together in the kitchen and dining room. The host quickly responded to any questions that I messaged her with and was very helpful. We will stay at this VRBO again in the future.

The host told us just before check-in that she just found out the air conditioning was not working. She said they had portable units keeping the home cool and that the part to fix it would be delivered that day (Friday). At check-in Friday evening, the home was 80 degrees (85 in some rooms). The host removed all window cranks, so we were unable to open windows (fire code?). When I reached out asking for window cranks and telling her it was too hot in the home, she didn't respond. In the morning, she rudely suggested that the home couldn't be that hot since it was cooler outside. We kindly reminded her there was no way for us to open windows. She never brought cranks, never offered another solution, and never came to check the home or apologize for anything. We stayed there because she told us it would be fixed, and she never offered money back if we were to cancel. She said the part finally arrived on Saturday, but later Saturday evening informed us that the AC would not be fixed until Monday. Finally, she said we could discuss compensation for our inconvenience. I reached out to her about this, no response. No response until I went above her. She then sent us a whole 98 out of 1500. I would not recommend booking with this host.

Omaha Zoo Trip

The property was beautiful and perfect for our weekend stay with family and friends. It felt like "home." Location is in a cute, safe neighborhood. Lots of amenities, very spacious. Kids toys and activities were a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again!
