Enjoyed our stay

This was a great place to stay for our Vacation to the Savannah area. This is like a single family house for 2. Clean, nice and safe neighborhood and also close to local restaraunts and shopping. Will definitely look into staying here in the future. Thank You

This lovely, modern garage apartment is located behind the owner's home in a well-maintained, modest neighborhood, around 20 minutes' drive from the center of Savannah. The home is located just over a mile from a shopping center with a Kroger and several restaurants.This home is just as attractive inside as pictured on the website. There is one bedroom with a full bed (the mattress is quite soft, but comfortable), a large closet, a very attractive modern bathroom with a big shower, a full-size washer and dryer, a well-stocked kitchen, and a spacious living room. This home was unusually well provided with everything you need to be comfortable, including body wash in the shower, shampoo, hairdryer, extra TP (my husband requests a differeent brand!), and Q-tips under the bathroom sink, plenty of towels and washcloths, dish soap and tea towels in the kitchen, various kitchen tools including a K-cup coffee maker (with pods), a toaster (use it under the extractor fan on the range top or you might set off the smoke detector, as we did!). There is also a cabinet full of spices, seasonings, and cooking oil, and a large refrigerator and freezer.There were TVs in the living room and bedroom, and the internet was easy to access and worked well. The whole place was spotlessly clean. If the weather had been nicer, we would have enjoyed sitting on the front porch, but alas, it was rainy while we were there.This is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable

This guesthouse was very well decorated with everything you need for your stay. The house is centrally located for easy shopping and access to river street along with a short drive to Tybee Island. We enjoyed our stay and will be hopefully utilizing again as we love the Savannah area.

The cottage was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. Had everything we needed for our short stay in the neighborhood. Ebony was very communicative and we had all our questions answered well ahead of time. One thing to be aware of is that the bed is very soft, and the pillow is very thin. If you have a bad back, I think twice about the bed, and plan to bring your own pillows if that's a factor.

House was clean, nice neighborhood, with a pretty responsive host. However, listing claimed there was a "Twin Murphy Bed" when the second bed was actually a short couch that flattened down and was quite hard and uncomfortable. There was also a military base nearby, from which gunshots could be heard in the middle of the night. Ebony explained pretty soon after I messaged about it, but it scared us quite a bit, and it would've been nice to know about before arriving.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the home clean and communication responsive. To clarify, the listing accurately states a Murphy air mattress for the additional sleeping arrangement. Regarding the noise, the home is near a military base, and occasional training can be heard. I was not aware of any specific schedule at the time but responded promptly when you reached out. After checkout, my cleaner reported damages and missing items that were not communicated during your stay. When I followed up, you did confirm that you and your guests damage some thing a paid. Theres no excuse not to respect others home as if it was yours. Clear communication is always appreciated so concerns can be addressed properly.
