Welcome to this very large, 5 Bedroom beautifully located home with no rear neighbors and Green Views to enjoy from your private pool and spa / Hot Tub* This home is a wonderful 5-bedroom Oasis on a large floor plan.

The Garage has been setup as a games room / play area.
You will find games available including a pool table and air hocky table. Living Area 1 When you enter the home, you are drawn towards the quiet, open oasis of the First Sitting area with couch and individual reading chairs. You can then wander left to the ‘formal’ dining area or right to the kitchen living areas.
Find your peace here, with windows out to the views behind you have a large TV and lounge area with and fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with bar stools and breakfast nook. Just off the living area there is a half bathroom. Living Area 2. There is a large living loft area at the top of the stairwell, where the owners and their family love to snuggle in for family movie night!
Laundry There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels available. Pool Loved by all is the outdoor living space. Take advantage of the private conservation facing pool and bubbling spa (can be heated and turned into a hot tub*) and relax on the loungers or covered seating. Sock in the Sun and view.
Optional Additions. A grill is available to rent. We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced, safe and clean grill to you with a full tank of propane. Any grills in the photograph is not included in the rental. Please contact us to confirm the current size options and prices. *Pool and Spa Heat
The pool and spa can be heated on request and for an additional charge. Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer and if anyone would prefer the spa to operate as a hot tub. Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F when activated. The actual water temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed. An achieved temperature of a maximum of 15 to 20 degrees above the ambient temperature is typical for the pool when pool heat is activated but could be lower during colder periods. The pool heater runs for approximately 10-12 hours each day along with the pool pump/filter and will turn off overnight. The spa and pool are interlinked, in order to heat the spa (when pool heat is activated), the guest can select the spa switch which will direct all heat to the spa.
Pool Heat Pricing
The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial startup of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels * 1 x dish sponge * 2 x dishwasher tablets * 1 x small dish soap * 1 x trash bag per bin * 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom * Sachet of laundry soap * Small hand soaps in each bathroom * For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores locally. Including Walmart, Publix and Aldi) * In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund. Where credit card payment has been made, verification of card ownership is required. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home. Please note. In accordance to our commitment to maintaining a peaceful and tranquil environment for our guests and our neighbors, we welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home. Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or persons living in the local area are not able to rent this home. Selfie ID verification is required to rent this home.
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The washing machine wasn't working on arrival, but great commutation with the own and within a few days it was fixed. The villa was clean with all we needed for our family stay. Sadly the pool mesh on the frame was in three area damaged, open and hanging down, this meant we where unable to sit out in the evening because of the bugs. The area around the pool was dirty. The pool itself was nice and clean. We all had a wonderful stay and we would love to return.
This is a great house, close to the Interstate. Well furnished, and the hot tub heats very rapidly!

All around terrible stay I offered to leave if they would give me my money back but nope! The listing was inaccurate the pool was cold couldn’t swim they said it was a gated community it wasn’t asked for early check in but wasn’t available because they were cleaning but the place wasn’t clean housekeeping came back the next day to clean again but nope still wasn’t clean they offered for them to come back again I declined how many times do I have to be inconvenienced because they place wasn’t cleaned correctly crumbs on the side table next to the couch I sent pictures sent a lot of uncleaned pic and they were still there after they came back! Never again will I rent this or from them again

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the stay did not meet your expectations, but we do want to correct several inaccuracies for future guests.
The pool and spa can be heated upon request for an additional fee, as clearly stated in the listing. You did not request this service, so the water temperature depended on the weather.
The listing also does not claim to be in a gated community. It is a secured residential complex with controlled access, but not a gated neighborhood.
Your early check-in request was unavailable because housekeeping was still preparing the unit, and we allowed check-in as soon as cleaning was completed.
Regarding cleanliness, you reported crumbs, and we immediately sent housekeeping the next morning. The team also provided photos after the re-cleaning to confirm the work was completed.
You later requested a full refund after occupying the property. Per VRBO policy reservation was non refundable anymore.
We take cleanliness, accuracy, and communication very seriously and responded promptly to every concern. While we regret that we could not meet your expectations, we stand by the accuracy of our listing and the actions taken to address your concerns.
Very clean, felt like home. Wish i knew about the grill but next time i will add it and can use it.

Disappointed the pool/spa was the only reason I rented house.
House was fine minor issues. box didn’t work in tv room nor could I get tv connected to internet. Could only mirror cast the upper tv room tv. Small inconveniences imo. Room on first floor wasn’t used. upstairs area was too hot for us but not unbearable. The house doesn’t have outside bins.3 ripped bags of trash left outside on side of house from check in until check out. trash bin requested serval times but never received it. It was a pain to find a place to store full trash bags. Biggest complaint was the major issues with the pool. It was green &filthy on arrival. Looked like it had not been cleaned in 2weeks, &pool water was cold. The hot tub was hot. pool service arrived about 1300next day. The filter was dirty pool needed shocked &chlorine tx so we lost 2 days of pool time. Paid to heat pool for entire stay. When we arrived the pool was cold&the hot tub was running. It stayed running until the pool man came. The spa switch doesn’t shut off so it was the only thing that was heated for two days. Spa water also not clean. Didn’t have access to pool/spa for first two days . Pool didn’t heat up until late Wednesday. By Thursday it was bearable to swim in. Still a lil colder than what I’m use to. Friday it’s was nice sat was check out. We got minimal use of the pool/spa. The pool pump or heat doesn’t work when hot tub is running. the timer for hot tub doesn’t shut off. you can’t use hot tub if you want to heat the pool then it all shuts of. not sure if you can spa at night s

Bugs, broken things, garbage & bad communication
Initially I had to reach out to remind them to send the door code b/c they didn't send it. When we got there we noticed the garbage was full & over flowing outside. There were used diapers everywhere. We only had teens and adults in our party. The recycling container was by the road full of garbage. The house was extremely hot & it turned out the AC was broken. We reported this & they sent out a technician who could not fix it the same day but requested to come the following day. We found bugs on the counter in the kitchen & first floor bedroom. We reported that & sent pictures as requested. There was garbage in nightstand drawers & a pair of dirty pants under a bed. We had to stay at the house the entire 2nd day of our vacation for the AC repair & exterminator. We asked to be compensated for this & they kept saying "management will get back to you." They never did. At some point during the trip, a man pounded on the front door. He was the HOA Presdient & pulled the overflowing garbage can from the previous renter to the front door, told us we would be fined if we didn't take care of it. We gave him the # to Shine Villas & he took it up w/them. We had to keep calling b/c the garbage had not been picked up & we now had no where for our garbage. When we packed up to leave, the sprinkler system kicked on but it was broken & just watered the walkway so we couldn't load. I have pics & emails validating this all. We've booked a # of places & never had this horror story experience.
