Southern Most Beach House

Note: Please check ferry schedule before booking Sept/Oct. House which sits high above the dunes has a short walk to its sugar sand beach, beautiful Lake Michigan views and will truly leave you feeling relaxed and rested. With the island being in the middle of northern Lake Michigan this home is in a much desired location – close to the Dark Sky Sanctuary – which means the night sky will be amazing. The Island is the perfect spot to get away from it all and this home is the icing on the cake.
The space
This octagon custom designed home has decking completely around the home with a wide entertaining deck facing the beach, propane BBQ and picnic tables for entertaining. Fujitsu units in the bedrooms to keep you cool or warm. A large kitchen to accommodate everyone has an extended snackbar and stools for extra dining along with the dining area, and all the amenities you will need for your home away from home in the kitchen. The home has WIFI and streaming TV services for those rainy days. Enjoy the beach, hike on the properties 12 acres or the many trails of Beaver Island. Go fishing or kayaking over at Lake Geneserath, less than 4 miles away.

Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed.. However, there is a $50/per dog extra cleaning fee, limit of 2 small dogs.
