The perfect rental. Truly a beautiful, cozy, and fun home for the whole family, that is also in the best location! You will be right near Lakeshore Trails, Hyatt casino, Rec Center, Incline Theater, Incline Bowl, skiing, golf, bike and skate parks, and lots of yummy restaurants.

THE SPACE

Updated with all the best comforts and tech in mind. A Nest smart thermostat, hi-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, Bluetooth devices, brand new washer and dryer, ceiling fan, and easy to turn on fireplace - just to name a few amenities.

In the living room you can cozy up by the fireplace and look out the wall of windows, watch a show/movie (Disney+ and Netflix provided!), play an exciting match of foosball, read a book or play some games and puzzles from our collection, and more. There's even a record player and some records to enjoy (you can also connect to Bluetooth and play your own music)

The private deck is perfect for a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a nightcap under the stars while lounging on new patio furniture. You can also grill some delicious meals on the brand-new BBQ grill.

The kitchen has everything a cook could need with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and even a Vitamix. On clear days, you even get a peek at the lake from the window.

No pets, no smoking. 4 people max. Please note This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)

Easy to find and nice location for our needs. Space was good with plenty of room to gather including relaxing deck. Disappointed with furnishings and bedding. Nothing worse then getting into bed with flat pillows and pilled sheets.

Lack of air conditioning was a bit difficult, as the temperatures were really hot. Cross ventilation upstairs wasn’t ideal with just 2 small windows and a sliding door. Deck furniture appeared quite dirty, so not appealing for spending time outside. We spent our days at Sand Harbor (extremely crowded), so weren’t in the condo much, except at night.
