Pros and Cons

We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 small kids, 2 adults). It’s a really good location with nice view of the water and a bike path which will take you to the beach in about a mile. The place has nice light and decently well stocked kitchen. However, both pools were unavailable during our stay - an important amenity for a young family. This was not disclosed to us. Also there’s a neighbor downstairs who clearly has a big problem with any sort of noise - so I would not describe this place as family friendly. Our kids were actually really well behaved but of course did make some noise as little humans do, The neighbor called security on us twice during the stay - not a pleasant experience. The management team did eventually refund us a little bit for these issues but we wouldn’t stay here again despite the good location.

Awesome views and great location!!

This place was perfect for what we wanted during our 3 days in LA. A little away from everything, nice and quiet and amazing views. Also communication with the leasing agent was perfect. We will definitely return when we visit the LA area again. Having safe, secure, reserved garage parking was also a nice bonus.

Amazing View

There was a total of 3 of us that stayed in this property and it was a comfortable stay. It is spacious and well maintained. It’s close to restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. The view when you walk through the door is amazing! That is what sold us and what will keep us coming back. It is a very quiet building with one very sensitive neighbor.

Nice condo, good location, beautiful view

Stayed for a few nights with my family of 4 while we visited LA. Condo is in a good location. It has a nice balcony with a great view of the water. we were able to walk next door to the UCLA marine center and rent kayaks and then kayak right up to the seals in the marina. You do have to meet a property manager in person to be let in to the condo on the first day as an FYI but the communication with them was easy. Condo was well stocked for cooking, coffee, laundry and checkout was also easy.
