Enjoy our Cozy ranch with full kitchen, washer/dryer, central air and spacious back yard deck which overlooks acres of lovely forest. Perfectly located just 2 miles south of the village of Elk Rapids surrounded by the pristine Chain of Lakes area......Elk Lake and Torch Lake to the east and Grand Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan to the west. In addition our guest have access to 200 ft. of a private shared beach on the East Bay only1 mile away and watch the beautiful evening sunsets. Located on US 31, a convenient 7 miles from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival at Flint Fields and a short drive into Traverse City. The Village of Elk Rapids offers a full service grocery store, restaurants, boutiques, cinema, Brewery, Distillery, two public marinas.....one on Lake Michigan and the other on Elk Lake as well as miles of white sandy public beaches.

Quaint Guest House

We had a wonderful visit! Mary’s Guest House is just as pictured and really clean! She has done a fabulous job thinking of every detail and providing things you might need. The house sits just off the highway, and she even provides sound machines in case the noise bothers you (perfect for me!). The property has a nice outside area to enjoy too. Mary was very prompt in communication and is always available to assist you. Her property is convenient to Elk Rapids and not far from Traverse City. Thanks Mary! We will visit you again!!!
