There is plenty of outdoor areas guests have enjoy, to relax or play yard games, or enjoy a meal.
Corn hole, basketball hoop, badminton, bocce ball. Bird watching. You may see a fox or two, deer, raccoons, Bard owls, Great Horned owls and lots of squirrels and chipmunks!

The neighborhood and location is considered one of the best in the city, 1.5 acres that has been certified by the Wildlife Federation as a Wildlife Habitat. The property is in the city limits, but once you get inside the neighborhood, you would never realize you are in a city area!!! Large trees, woods, quiet, wildlife.
