This is an entire private guest floor rental- free on site parking-with two very large bed rooms, each with Hardwood floors, large windows overlooking a large private lot with flowers/ garden, bird feeding stations and large trees. ( certified Wildlife Habitat by Wild Life Federation). There is a full bathroom with tub and shower combo. There is also a kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and two refrigerators. Each of the two large rooms on your private floor have new queen beds (2 total queen beds in this rental) with crisp hotel bedding, 2 new 4 k HD TVs with Prime, Netflix and Hulu provided, free high- speed Internet- a desk and desk chair in each room for working remotely, This rental space is approximately 1100 ft.². Outdoor space is beautiful and areas for Guests to eat outside privately or have a fire in the fire pit. take a walk in the area on quiet tree line streets. Guest say they have some of the best sleep of their lives because of the peace and quiet ! Our guests come for; , Grand Park Sports! -Concerts at Rouff, White River Amphitheater, Center for Performing Arts in Carmel, Bankers Life, the old National Center Indy 500 Race! Corn hole, basketball hoop, badminton, bocce ball. Bird watching. You may see a fox or two, deer, raccoons, Bard owls, Great Horned owls and lots of squirrels and chipmunks!
