The house has 1,000 m2 built and is located within a 2,700 m2 plot with extensive gardens, exterior security with CCTV, parking for 8 vehicles and close to the main attractions of Guayllabamba.

It has a heated indoor pool (8m x 5m, 26-30°C), jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, BBQ area, bread oven and a large terrace to enjoy with family and friends.

It has a fast Wi-Fi connection speed with 400Mb (8-10 devices can connect at the same time)

- The house has guard dogs and 4 harmless turkeys that roam the garden
