We are conveniently located within walking distance to the PATH train, which takes you directly to NYC in 30 mins.

If you are driving, we have our garage which can hold up to 2 cars. It takes between 20 and 40 mins to get to NYC by driving depending on traffic.

A $600 cleaning fee applies to smoking indoors since we have to use ozone therapy to clean out the air.

If you have a party of greater than 7 people, we have 3 additional air mattresses inside the living room closet that can be used.
This is a 2 family home. You will be staying in the top floor that is private and exclusive to you. No spaces are shared. We have another tenant that stays in the other unit. She is a non Airbnb long term tenant.
The laundry is located downstairs below the unit.
Parking is available and can fit up to 2 cars. Additional Street parking is available.
