The Second Floor: Includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms including the master bedroom with a ceiling projector and ensuite.

1. This listing is ideal for 12 guests with 6 beds. There’s two additional air mattress that can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests.
2. Absolutely no shoes are allowed inside of the property.
3. There is a 10pm noise curfew that’s enforced.
4. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed onto the property.
5. Events require pre-approval and start at a minimum additional cost of $500.
6. By booking this reservation, you give us permission to cancel or shorten your stay if you are disruptive, break any rules or allow additional people onto the property for any reason.
7. There are cameras located on the exterior front and back of the property.

house and neighborhood was beautiful but furnace went down

House is great however we did not have heat on the first 2 levels for all the first day through the night and half of the 2nd day. there was heat on the 2nd and 3rd floor but we ended up all hanging out in a bedroom as the tv area and downstairs were to cold. I understand these things happen however It would have been nice to be offered a rebate or something other then a "sorry about that"

Wonderful Home

We had a great time here and would book again. Very clean and spacious great for our large group and everyone was able to have their own space with a great kitchen and living room area.

Multiple Family Stay

This property located in Elizabeth, NJ was perfect for our family of 8 ranging in age from 6 to 83. The home is a good size which allowed for being together and private spaces as needed. Our young granddaughters enjoyed the playroom. The backyard area offered a large sitting area, a playground and a pool (closed for the season) which would be nice in the summer. There is plenty of parking and the location is convenient for visiting the sites in NJ and NYC. The property manager is great. He responded quickly to all questions and made adjustments to meet our needs. We would definitely stay in this home again.
