With its detached casita, private pool, and spacious backyard, you'll have everything you need to celebrate in style. The Main House The main house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are all comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to 9 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat like you're at home. Please note that the 4th and 5th bedrooms are combined. Unlike traditional setups, these rooms are creatively designed without a physical wall separating them, offering a truly distinctive and flexible accommodation experience. The Casita The casita is located in the backyard has its own private entrance and has 1 Queen-size bed, 1 bathroom, and a small kitchen. It's perfect for the bride-to-be or groom-to-be to get ready in privacy, or for guests who want a little more space. The Pool The pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day or to have a pool party. It's 13ft x 6.5ft x 3.5ft and is surrounded by a spacious backyard with plenty of seating. The Backyard The backyard is also perfect for grilling, lounging, or playing games. There's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Things to Know Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines. -A 2-night minimum stay may be required. -The maximum occupancy is 17 guests. -Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 21 years old. -Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information. -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to the home. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
