The space will instantly ask you to sink in and relax, cuddle up with a blanket on the patio or utilize the open floor plan and full service kitchen/bar area to entertain. Stopping through or needing a hidden getaway!

This space has an open floor plan throughout. You will notice beautifully finished pinewood floors. One bedroom with a queen size bed, lots of storage space and exposed air ducts. Living room has a cozy feel with plenty of blankets to wrap up in. Fiber internet provided along with YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, & Amazon Prime. Relax with a great book in the reading nook or utilize the desk space to complete your work. Full service kitchen with a coffee station, cream and sugar provided. Grand Rapids is dubbed Beer City USA so don't be surprised if you find a local craft beer waiting for you in the fridge. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer and laundry soap provided. Pack light- we have everything you may need!

This is a completely private upstairs unit duplex. There is a large driveway with guest parking. Deck stairway will lead you to the entrance of The Cozy Gem. You will have private accesses to the entire unit with a digital key to access during your stay. If you need anything during your stay, please reach out!
