Newly remodeled!! Cozy river house near downtown Grand Rapids!
Just a short drive north of Downtown Grand Rapids, this quaint little cottage on the river is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a couple or small group.
This home located on the Grand River and has recently been renovated in 2024. The water is on a well but treated with a newly installed water softener system, however, the water table can cause the water to have a sulfur smell at times. A Culligan water dispenser is provided for drinking. The home can comfortably sleep 4 with plenty of room for parking. The kitchen is ready for use with basic essentials and new appliances installed in 2024. There’s a large deck, grill, and basketball hoop. You can fish from the riverbank or launch your boat at one of the nearby parks. The home offers plenty of privacy for a relaxing experience. This home is within walking distance from LMCU Ballpark, AJ's Family Fun Park, and White Pine Trail. There are great breweries, restaurants and shopping nearby.

Bedding and Towels: No need to strip the bedsheets and pillowcases, they can be left in the rooms where they were utilized. Please leave the used towels in the shower.
Appliances/TVs: Turn off all lights and any appliances, turn off room air conditioners or set heating at 70 if in use. Ensure you log out of any applications you have logged into on the Smart TVs.
Final Walkthrough: Before leaving, do a final walkthrough (inside and outside) to ensure you haven't left any personal belongings behind and that items are back where they were found.
