Grand Rapids has so much to offer and we would love for you to be our guest in this beautiful 1640 sq ft 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home! Located perfectly on the westside where it's quiet enough for a walk to the park, close to the zoo or a short drive to the market and popular restaurants. Comfortably sleeps 8 people with main floor bedroom daybed/ trundle and upstairs host 3 more bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 twins. Love to host you and your loved ones the next time Grand Rapids is calling your name!
The space
The kitchen is fully stocked. Front porch has seating for the morning coffee or a good book.
Equipped with Wifi and 1 large TV on main floor.
Bedrooms are decorated for the feeling of home with comfortable beds and
Bathrooms have luxurious towels and bath products available for your use, as well as hair dryers. Iron and board if need be.
Cleaning supplies on site for your use but it does get professionally cleaned before and after your stay. Looking for forward to your stay with us!

The house was ideally located (a mile walk from downtown) and was a great layout/design for a family stay (or as in our case, a group of colleagues in town for a conference). Definitely would stay again!

The house itself was great. It offered a lot of space for our family and the kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately, we had an incident happen where our car was damaged by falling ice from the roof. We reached out to the host and after some back-and-forth, we asked her not to reach out to us anymore and we would settle the issue with VRBO. She then sent the property manager to the house at 10:15pm, which felt like a violation of our privacy. It was the night before my mom's funeral and the last thing I wanted to deal with was this issue. The house was great overall but we would not recommend parking cars side by side in the driveway, even though the posting states you can park 4 cars in the lot.

We loved our stay at this property! Owners were easy to work with, check in worked well, it was beautifully decorated with lots of small unexpected touches. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms and bedrooms were all lovely and well stocked with towels and bedding. This house set a high bar for future rentals to exceed!

Four brothers met for annual get together. We enjoyed a car show, drag racing and oval track racing. The house location was perfect for all events. Grand Rapids was beyond our expectations for comfort and activity. Local restaurants were very good. The house was comfortable and had plenty of space. Kitchen and baths were especially nice. Very nice stay.

This was comfortable for 5 women attending a local fly fishing convention. Convenient to drive to airport center venue. Easy Uber to and from airport. Nicely furnished updated house with many thoughtful extras. We felt very welcome. Plenty of places for us to sit and easily visit. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Convenient And Comfortable Family Weekend

Westside location so convenient to downtown and John Ball zoo for the Lantern Festival and wedding/reception. Accurate listing, very clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked, and close to a spacious park for kids. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect home away from home!

The host thought of everything! We loved staying here to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday with a girls trip to Grand Rapids. The location was perfect, the house was spacious and clean, and the host was communicative. We will stay here again if we are in the area!
