Cheerful 3 bedroom residential home

Spacious home with plenty of room to sprawl out! Conveniently located near grocery stores and much more. Less than 10 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to lake Michigan, and 20 minutes to Gun Lake Casino. The airport is just over 10 minutes away and only 5 minutes to Metro hospital. Our home is located on a peaceful residential cul-de-sac and close to many shopping centers and restaurants.

Amazing property! My friends and I stayed here for a few days and it was a seamless experience. We had a group of 8, and I would like to mention that one of the beds was an air mattress. The couple that slept on it said it was comfortable though and had no complaints. Host was prompt with answering messages and check in/out instructions were clear. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and easy to access. It was perfect for what we needed. I wanted to give this 5 stars. But the communication with the host has not been 100%. There are two messages I have sent with no response back. I would have happily left a better review if I had heard back from the host on my last two messages.

This property worked great for two couples and a single friend attending a wedding. Very easy check-in and out. Updated older home. Convenient location. One bedroom on each of three floors. Garage has a bumper pool table and table to play games. Two living room areas-one on main floor and one in basement. Well equipped kitchen. Cute backyard with fire pit and deck. We would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Grand Rapids.

Hometown visit.

Nice home neighborhood. We had seven staying and everyone was comfortable. The host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. It was comfortable and centrally located to all the places we needed to go. We definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up.
