This property was exactly as it was described in the listing! It was super clean and very homey. Since the pictures were taken that were with the listing, the owners have put in a new shower with an amazing shower head in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The cottage is a great location and comfortable. We could easily get to Grayling, Gaylord, Hartwick Pines and Higgins Lake. We could easily make meals and enjoy TV in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again if in the area.

House was as described being newly renovated. Location was ok but nothing special. We noted a fair amount of insects inside the house during our stay and the bedding the main bedroom was very firm. Other furniture inside was very nice and appeared new. This stay fit our needs for the weekend and was reasonably priced.

Clean and neat home in a quiet neighborhood. Really comfortable beds and a complete fully functional kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Bonus to have washer and dryer in the basement. Loved the shower in the bathroom!! Bonus to have a two car garage also. Didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor table and chairs nor the bbq grill….maybe next time. All in all it was a great rental home and we would definitely stay again.

Nice, Clean, Good location

We stayed here last year too. The house is very clean, nicely decorated/updated, and comfortable, and it’s just a short drive to Hartwick Pines, canoeing, and good restaurants. Very easy check in.

great house rental for 2 of us. we were there mainly for birding and the location was within just a few miles of excellent kirtlands Warbler habitat, plus less than 30 minutes drive to a lot of other good birding spots. the nice patio setup was great for outdoor meals. The only minor issue was the house was very overly scented with powerful plug in "air fresheners" when we arrived. we unplugged them immediately and luckily had good weather to have the windows opened so we could get plenty of fresh air in and dissapate the smell pretty quickly.
