The host here is super responsive and cares about your experience. The stay was overall good, there were a few small things that could be improved which we made the host aware of as they genuinely seem to value feedback, which is refreshing! The location was great- we felt safe and it was easy to get to different parts of LA decently quickly. Parking was easy, which was a huge factor in finding the right stay for us. Overall a good experience!!

It was perfect for three of us a young pup. The property was well maintained and very private. Our pup enjoyed exploring the private yard on her own as well. Walkable to cool coffee shops and restaurants nearby. JC (host) was awesome to deal with. He was so helpful and responsive. Will def come back next time we are in LA.

We had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday! The location was very convenient to downtown Venice and was walking distance from the restaurant we chose for dinner. The property itself was very clean, and the host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Great Getaway Spot

We had a great stay at this property! The house was clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore yet tucked away enough to offer privacy and peace. Great walking neighborhoods all around. It was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Laid Back LA Spot for a Road Trip Break!

We stayed just one night, but this place was perfect, cozy, clean, and super private. Tucked away in a vibrant part of LA, yet still close to everything. The space was well-stocked and comfortable, with a great little patio to relax. The host was helpful, responsive, and respectful! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is a comfortable, well-priced studio apartment in Culver City, right on the border with Mar Vista. Great location. It is very private and quiet, on a lovely, quiet street. The host is extremely accommodating. The pictures are accurate. We recommend it.

Great Fall Break Experience

We enjoyed this home and the space. Very clean. Location was good for us and the plans we had. The manager of the property checked in occasionally during trip and made sure things were going well. The hosts or property manager responded quickly prior to our trip. We would stay again or recommendto others.

Excellent!

This was a great find! We are local to LA but needed some temporary housing for about 2 weeks. This place was perfect - very clean and efficient, and an awesome location within walking distance of a lot of great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The neighborhood is safe and clean, and we even met a few neighbors (and their dogs!) who were super friendly. The host went above and beyond and was super responsive. We would recommend this to friends or family who need a good place to stay.

* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water on the kitchen floor. I found a mop, bucket and broom outside. We began mopping and sweeping the water out of the front door. This took about forty-five minutes to clear the water out, which resulted in arriving late to a reservation dinner with family members. The property manager was out of the country. A cleaning service was utilized as a point of contact. The service assed the situation. They completed the cleanup. We were later informed via text that the drain hose behind the washer was not secured properly. * Two of the three electrical outlets above the kitchen counter did not work. * Other than those issues, the property is located close to the beach and restaurants. * It's a nice unit, however the experience was not as expected.
