The unit includes a large open area that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. Notice the large windows, wood floors, beamed ceilings, fireplace in the living room and the space!!

Everything is designed so that you can have a pleasant time there, in complete privacy. Gather around the island to enjoy your morning latte or prepare a good meal for your guests!

The dining room can easily accommodate 4 guests.

Do you like to get some fresh air? In season, a large terrace with table, armchairs and BBQ will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature. A terrace heater is even provided for the cooler evenings!

You will also have a 4-season outdoor sauna at your disposal. It is located on the back lot, near the river.

The condo has a good-sized bedroom (queen bed), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and plenty of storage!

This is a perfect place for your outdoor and ski weekends or your holidays alone or as a couple. Enjoy your stay!

You have access to the entire accommodation and two outdoor parking spaces.

A Finnish sauna is offered to you free of charge during your stay. It is located near the river and is shared between all residents staying in the building.



Just a few minutes from Mont-Orford Park and its services, downtown Magog and Lake Memphremagog.

Access to Highway 10 is also just minutes away.

The region offers a wide range of activities, whatever the season: skiing, hiking, biking, golf, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, vineyards, orchards, or even magnificent fall colors at Mont Orford.

You can walk to some nearby shops and restaurants, but most of the time you will need to use a car.
