What an amazing experience! From the booking process to locking the front door as we headed home, this was amazing! We felt welcomed when we opened the door. The spaces were decorated with beach and comfort in mind. From the 78 year old to the 9 year old, this ‘home’ was inclusive. The pool and pool table were definitely highlights. Loved our time and felt at home. And it was conveniently located to beautiful beaches. Thank you for a great time.

Kim is a rockstar! We had a different VRBO booked with a completely different host, and it was rough shape when we arrived. I found Kim's Place and message her to see if she could get us in, preferably that night. Kim got a cleaning crew together and cut it ready for us! It was spotless! I like the other place, her place is just as nice as the pictures look! It's a fabulous place and we had a fabulous time, and Kim was super accommodating! If we are ever in the Tampa area, we will absolutely book here again!

Phenomenal Rental Experience!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners. It is hands down the most well equipped rental property we have stayed in. The location is close to everything but away from any crowds. If you're looking for a place for a large family gathering, this house is exactly what you need.

Fabulous stay!

A wonderful property that’s exactly as it looks in the pictures. The hosts were incredibly helpful with recommendations in the local area and on hand if there were any issues (which there weren’t). It’s the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed in, and the little extras that the hosts supplied were amazing! Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay For The Family

Amazing home , everything inside is new , all the amenities , including pool table made the stay perfect. The host know how to set up perfectly for a trip. We have 4 children and there is more than enough room and privacy . Most clean and comfortable beds and sheets. We will for sure be staying here again .

The entire home and grounds are beyond what we expected and made our family very comfortable. We especially loved the fully appointed kitchen as we made Thanksgiving meal and several days both before and after the holiday meals. I also spoke with Kim several times before we arrived and worked out some details without any problems. She is a dear and agreed to all my requests. Thank you so much for adding the no stress part of family reunion.

Amazing in every way

We had an amazing week. This house has everything you can imagine to make your stay perfect. It has so much room, great kitchen, amazing pool and hot tub. It is so close to shopping and the beach. The hosts went above and beyond for my daughters birthday decorating the house and made everything special even doing easter treats her and her friend. They were attentive to us to make sure we had all we needed. I would recommend this property time and time again and we cannot wait to stay here again in the future!! Thank you for an amazing week and for putting so much love into your property for others to enjoy!!

Family Friendly

This house was amazing for our family, it had so much space. It was well equipped with everything we needed. They really did think of everything. The location was great just a short drive to the beach, the neighborhood was nice. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Kim and Chris were such great hosts, they had great suggestions on kids activities, great restaurants/ Sea food markets. Kim was quick to respond to our every need. Amazing week

This home was very much over the top compared to most properties we have stayed at. The amenities supplied by the owner were so much more than expected. Everything from coffee and sweetner, trash bags and snacks for the kids and even pods to wash our clothes were provided. Oh and to have mouthwash and sunscreen provided is really an added plus. Thanks again for an outstanding experience and i would rate this home a 100 if it were possible. Friends have already asked about a group of us going next year to stay here.

Amazing property & amazing hosts!

We had a GREAT stay at On The Rocks! Our family of 9 (kids ages 2, 7, & 11 and 6 adults) had plenty of space. The layout of the house is wonderful with TWO masters on opposite ends of the house and another king bedroom plus two other rooms in a separate wing. The pool and patio area was amazing. We spent HOURS in the pool! The yard was great, too - a space for the kids to run around and play catch. We were so impressed by what was provided at the house - clearly Kim and Chris put a lot of thought into what guests would need! Best of all, the hosts - Kim and Chris - were SO helpful and responsive!! We look forward to another visit to On The Rocks in the future!!

Winter Getaway

We had a fantastic week in Largo. The house was more than fully furnished. The owners provided every single amenity you could think of. Kim went above and beyond thinking of anything you might need, from pool toys, beach toys, kitchen appliances, even shared seasonings/oils/etc... that saved us some money at the store.The pool and hot tub were heated to everyone's liking. Even on the cold days, the kids were splashing away. Kim was extremely fast to respond to any questions or needs. The Largo/ Indian Rocks area is outstanding, with the beach 5 minutes away and awesome restaurants, bars, parks and playgrounds the same distance. We loved this trip; probably our best rental experience in florida so far. Thank you.

It was nice having a King Suite on both ends of the house! The kiddos loved the pool area so much they never wanted to leave! It was nice watching movies by the pool. There was plenty of seating and sleeping arrangements for everyone. You honestly don’t need to bring anything but yourself and food! It was a great five days! The host was very responsive! All the beach amenities we needed to take more than enough to the beach!
