Bright, two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept duplex (I live on the other side) with vaulted ceilings. Fully furnished with washer and dryer in the unit. Queen bed in larger bedroom with large closets and full size bed in smaller bedroom with a nice closet. Small deck/ porch with chairs and Adirondack chairs and fire pit in the yard with partial views of the sunset over the catskill mountains . WiFi, Cable, Electricity, Heat and Hot Water Included. Close to Main Street Chatham, Machaydn Theater, the Chatham Berry Farm, and Art Omi. 25 min to Hudson and 40 min to Jiminy Peak and Catamount

I'm a hardworking single mother of two children, ages 18 and 12. I work as a property manager for several NYC clients, along with driving school bus for Chatham for the benefits. I also have a 4 year old Australian Shepherd Dog, named Duke, who's super quiet and friendly. I've been renting this property for about five years now...mostly through Airbnb, where I'm a superhost. I enjoy renting this space to guests and meeting new people if they so choose. Otherwise, I'm happy to give guests their privacy as well. I love to travel and know what I like when traveling, so I strive to have everything I think a guest would like when traveling. Everyone has different needs and expecations, so please ask any and all questions. I try to accomodate guests as needed. I look forward to hosting you!

Close to MacHaydn Theater, Chatham Berry Farm, Main Street Chatham which includes shops, restuarants and the Chatham Brewery. Coming soon to Chatham is the Shaker Museum. 10 minutes away from Art Omi. Also, 20 min from Hudson. 30 min to Catamount and Bosquet for skiing
What makes this property unique
Although on a busy road, the property is spacious and quiet in the back on 5.5 acres. Guests have their own private entrance and dedicated off street parking just outside the rental. In addition, the space is bright with open concept and there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.
