Our beautiful two bedrooms, two bath Golf Condo is located in the World Class Barefoot Resort and Golf, Willow Bend, North Myrtle Beach SC, where you can get the ultimate resort experience without the high-priced resort fees. Contact Owners 304-669-6312

Our Condo is located on the second floor for easy access and has a balcony in back with beautiful views of the eighth (8th) hole of the Greg Norman designed golf course. This unit is in excellent condition; newly painted, new flooring, new quartz countertops, new furniture, large TVs, comfortable and tastefully furnished - over 1000 square feet, this condo allow you to spread out and RELAX!

This condo is perfect for a golfer's getaway, family vacation, shoppers, ladies outing and for couples. Please make yourself at home, in our home, and leave the stress of life behind. Once you enter the main gate at the Barefoot Resort and Golf, you will realize that you are in a special place.

Our condo was renovated in cool, relaxing colors of pale tan, pale green and cool blues.

The Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room areas are open concept with custom furniture, a large screen TV with DVD player and Roku. There is also a new queen size pull-out sofa bed with new mattress and a new love seat. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new mattress with large TV and its own bathroom suite with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, new mattresses, dresser, closet, new TV, and close access to the full second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including large coffee maker, individual coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker and more. The unit also has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and a total of 3 TVs. A new counter height composite outdoor table and 4 chairs and also 2 new regular chairs. There is a “Ring doorbell” and “Alexa” in the condo programed for heat/air and lights.

This unit is centrally located in the Willow Bend section of Barefoot Resort. The Willow Bend pool is located right across the street with lounge chairs, tables, new picnic tables, bicycle rack, and outdoor charcoal grill. (Bicycles must be kept outside - not inside the condo) NO GLASS at the pools! NO grilling in the condo - no grills allowed on the balcony!

You can also take a short drive to our larger pools at the main entrance to the resort (Near North Tower/Yacht Club). This pool has a hot tub. There is also a free community shuttle bus that runs from Barefoot Resort to the beach 🏖 from 8 AM to 4 PM during peak season - and to the North Tower pool; where there is also access to the Intracoastal Waterway for boating, jet skis, etc.

Free Parking Only for owners and guests/renters. No more than 5 people (4 adults total) in the condo! The Willow Bend section of Barefoot Resort and Golf does NOT allow golf carts, motorcycles, boats, large trucks or recreational vehicles in the Resort parking lots.

Attention Golfers... Built in the heart of the golf capital of the world, Barefoot Resort and Golf represents a new standard in golf vacations with FOUR World-class courses, brought to life by Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III and Greg Norman. These represent a collection of unsurpassed golf experiences, guaranteeing a vacation experience unlike any other in Myrtle Beach or the world. Play on one of the Barefoot Golf courses or one of over 100 other courses in the area. We ask that you keep your golf clubs in the car; NOT inside the condo please.

Just outside the main entrance to Barefoot Resort is Barefoot Landing - the boardwalk style, outdoor entertainment center where you'll find all the shopping, dining and other activities you will want. There is live entertainment at the Alabama Theater, The House of Blues and free entertainment in front of LULU’s restaurant. Great restaurants in Barefoot Landing - including fine dining at Greg Norman's Australian Grille, Taco Mundo, Landshark, Wild Wings, Dick’s Last Resort, The Crooked Hammock, Taco Mondo and Lulu's to name a few. There is also a lot for the kids to do with sweet treats, candy store, Ice cream, games, carnival rides, entertainment, shopping and fish ponds. You might even see a live alligator!!!!

Don't miss the weekly Monday night fireworks during the summer vacation months. You can see the fireworks from the Large North Tower Pool Parking lot near The Marina Bar and Grille. Don’t forget to check out The Duplin winery opened near the Barefoot Landing entrance.

Wonderful Condo in quiet area

Ralph and Brenda were fantastic hosts. They communicated with us throughout the entire process, checking in on us to see if we had an questions or concerns . The condo is directly across from the pool which was nice with the kids. The condo itself was clean, nice decor and had everything we needed as if it was our own house. Brenda was sure to let us know that we could use anything in the kitchen we needed... paper plates, trash bags, dish soap, dish washer tabs ect. Barefoot landing is a 2 min drive away. We spend several nights there shopping, eating at great restaurants and plenty of entertainment. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Good Unit for the Price

Need to get some new pillows. Only other that is needed is smaller frying pans, there is nothing to fry eggs in other then a large skillet. Over all, a good unit for the price. This was our second stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice condo and pool!

Brenda and Ralph were excellent hosts. We had a few maintenance issues come up, but they worked very quickly to resolve them to make sure our stay was uninterrupted. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and the Roku was a great plus. The pool across the street was very clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to consider a new bed in the master since it creaks quite a bit. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Close to so many attractions and restaurants. Something for everybody to enjoy. The only suggestion I have is to hire a new cleaning company. Perfect family vacation

This place was perfect for our vacation. Ralph and Brenda have thought of everything and put so much in place for their guests to be comfortable. The condo was inviting and very clean. They gave us a list of suggestions on where to eat and play, which we used. The strip of restaurants can be overwhelming when choosing place to try. There is just so many. The condo is in a beautiful and convenient area close to everything. My family had a great time and will definitely return in the future and rent with Ralph and Brenda.

From the moment we walked into the Condo we knew it would be, and is, one of the best we have stayed at in barefoot resort. Clean, updated, and with lots of space, it was very welcoming and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything an ordinary chef needs!! The owners were very helpful and friendly through the entire process: booking, checking in, and checking out. The weather was great, the sun was warm and the pools were cool! The beach was a short drive away, very easy access. The pool for the condo complex was an extremely short distance away from the front door. Not only was the pool close, but it was very clean. This condo and the owners are amazing! Everything is exactly as pictured and beautiful. The owners are actual people and not a corporation which was a big plus for us. The condo is decorated and absolutely lovely and only a 15 minute drv from the beach. The pools are clean and lovely as well. We packed trying to prepare for things we may need and want. But with this condo we definitely over packed. The owners thought of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. There was a coupon book and information on restaurants and activities to do. You will want for nothing if you choose to stay here. But more importantly they are so pleasant and friendly. From my first interaction to the last they are the nicest people. Their condo had a homey feel to it and you can tell they are nice good people. We will definitely only be staying here in the future.

From booking this property to leaving this property, everything exceeded our expectations. Brenda and Ralph made sure we were taken care of even by providing things to do for both our children. Location was perfect for all activities we planned. The condo is beautiful inside and out. When I say it was fully stocked with anything needed, I am not kidding. This was the best experience for a vacation that we have ever had. Very clean from the moment we walked in the condo. The decor was perfect for the location and as a family of 4, we had plenty of room to enjoy a nearly 2 week vacation. Both kids had a hard time leaving especially with the pool right across the way. Many days we had the pool to ourselves. It was very sad to leave vacation but I know we will be back. Brenda and Ralph made us feel so comfortable from the moment we booked and stayed in contact during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. There was nothing negative about our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a beautiful and hassle free vacation!
