Being in this condominium makes you feel on vacation, since it shares common areas with the Hotel, it is nice to be able to live this experience, together with the possibility of being part of the shows without the need for compulsory consumption, in the same way you can decide for a relaxed stay, away from the activities of the Hotel.

It is a pleasant family development, with well-established regulations that allow healthy coexistence between residents.

The views of the Banderas Bay are spectacular, with its beautiful sunsets.

As for us, we are working people, who understand that the guest on vacation should feel at home, this being our priority, paying all our attention so that they experience it that way.

We like to give and receive respect, always keep communication open, and above all provide trust, we are a very close family and we want the guest to feel our warmth in every detail.

Great property

The property is beautiful and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condos food and drink hut was great and very accommodating to our needs. What a nice option for people staying in the Condos. Our condo was on the ground level and loved the ease and convenience of that. We were a family of 8 with 6 adults and two children,9 and 11. We really were not given much direction in what was expected of us. Had to reach out on a couple of issues but because we had stayed at other condos at this property we went with what we knew. I would suggest to the owners to put together a list of things new renters may need to know during their stay and a closing up list would be helpful. Besides that had a super time. The condo is nice but not as well stocked as others we have stayed in but that may be because it hadn’t been rented out more than a couple times.

Beautiful location, sunsets, sandy beach, ground floor condo

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to others! This condo is a part of the Wyndham all inclusive resort so you have access to the 3 big pools, nightly entertainment and daytime activities like beach volleyball. There was one pool bar spot that was for the condo owners/renters. They had daily happy hour drinks and food, all paid in cash (pesos). The condo itself had everything we needed for cooking. It was fully equipped. :) There were 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids) and we felt like we had lots of room. It was big and open and it helped being on the ground floor to be able to come and go. Recommendations for your stay: -Order online for grocery delivery upon your arrival (we used the Walmart app). So convenient to have food and drinks arrive when you do! -Bring bug spray for sunset time when the No-See-Um bugs come out! -If you walk 20 minutes down the beach there is a small shopping centre that has everything you need if you don’t want to Uber to a big store (Mega/Walmart). -Tell the Taxi/Uber driver the location is Villa Magna Residences.

Our first impression was dreadful. The security gate staff, despite significant effort, didn't know our unit number & email info was vague in identifying it. It took approximately an hour to sort this out which included a call to the VRBO helpline who was able to contact the owner. The owner otherwise did not respond to our 'urgent' email messages.Next, the light above the entrance door was burnt out and the code we put into what appeared to be the locking device didn't work. Once a neighbour came by she was able to help us identify a second punch pad (not visible to the eye unless one knew to touch it to light it up). This took an additional 30 minutes to access the unit. Both of these issues could have been avoided had the owner provided a better orientation package with detailed information & ideally photo instructions. The unit was clean and spacious, however it required numerous maintenance updates. Both drains from the kitchen sink leaked to the point of draining onto the floor.(not new as both had buckets under them). This was repaired after contacting the owner. A number of the air conditioners, fans and light remotes didn't work, same for the lamps. Hot water tank required resetting via the breaker box twice. Minor concerns were a partially plugged shower drain, a shower tap fell off, a broken toilet paper holder, the safe had corroded battery terminals, no garbage bags, no dishwasher pods, only one dish towel and face clothes had permanent stains.
